In addition, she has represented and consulted with groups facing criminal charges related to civil disobedience.

She is a volunteer with the Immigrant Protection Project of the ACLU of Massachusetts, which provides a variety of free legal services to immigrants. She has also partnered with the Media Education Foundation, Jewish Voice for Peace, and Palestine Legal.
“Rachel Weber fiercely advocates for her clients because she clearly understands how the law reproduces structural violence. I first met Rachel when she represented me in a civil disobedience case. She accessibly presented information and options so that I could make an informed decision. Her political integrity, emotional intelligence, and legal expertise are an invaluable asset to our movements.”
